Welcome
Hello and welcome to the Disability & Dyslexia Service (DDS) at the University of Glamorgan. The DDS provides a confidential and professional service where you can discuss individual requirements on your terms.
Whether you have a physical, sensory, mental health or unseen disability, the DDS is here to support you. Please contact a Disability Adviser for an informal chat to explore whether we can support you. A Disability Adviser can give you information on what support and funding is available while studying at the University of Glamorgan.
The DDS is committed to providing a quality support service and you are invited to provide feedback on your experiences as a disabled student. Responsibility for your education will firmly remain with you and your choices and preferences will be respected.
In addition, if you are interested in up-to-date news and service developments, we recommend that you sign up to the DDS channel in order to receive regular updates and opportunities.
To do this, go to the 'Your Account’ tab on the Glamlife Home Page, then click on 'News subscriptions’ in the menu on the left-hand side. There, you can see a list of all available channels. Choose the Disability and Dyslexia Service channel by selecting the respective tick box, and then clicking on the “Update Channels” button.
